The information of TCT Saw Blade
Share
TCT saw blades are the most commonly used cutting tools for wood products processing. The quality of TCT saw blades is closely related to the quality of processed products. Correctly and reasonably selecting carbide TCT saw blades is of great significance to improving product quality, shortening processing cycles, and reducing processing costs. TCT saw blades include multiple parameters such as alloy head type, base material, diameter, number of teeth, thickness, tooth shape, angle, aperture, etc.
Generally speaking, the more teeth there are, the more cutting edges can be cut per unit time, and the better the cutting performance, but the more cutting teeth there are, the more carbide is required, the saw blade is expensive, but the number of teeth is too dense, the amount of chips between teeth becomes smaller, and it is easy to cause the saw blade to heat up; in addition, there are too many teeth, the feed amount is improperly matched, and the cutting amount per tooth is very small, which will aggravate the friction between the cutting edge and the workpiece and affect the service life of the cutting edge. Usually the tooth pitch is 15-25mm, and a reasonable number of teeth should be selected according to the sawing material.
